In classical acupuncture (Neijing Acumoxa) we utilise a number of distinct acupuncture methods for tennis elbow and other chronic joint issues. The specific methods revolve around the understanding of tissue level obstruction or “blockage-illness” called “bi” in Chinese medicine. These contractive blockages cause heavy, dragging , and occasionally sharp pain and can present along various channel pathways, often at the site of the shoulder and neck too.
